A few months back, snarling Negative Approach/ Laughing Hyenas/ Etc front man John Brannon posted a hilarious photo of himself proudly displaying his new purchase (a vacuum). The caption read “Check it out, Bought a new vacuum today. ‘Bout to get crazy up in this Bitch!”. To say folks got a kick out of this post would be an understatement.
A few days later John posted this painting of his photo by @abrslr, an artist who goes by the name “Ashley”. As soon as I saw this painting, I knew I needed it on a shirt. So… I reached out to John and Ashley, they were both stoked on the idea, and here you have it!
Here’s what Ashley had to say about the situation: “To put it short and sweet, I love painting John Brannon. He is by far one of my favorite humans to paint! If he posts a picture I like, I paint it! Love you John!”
