Melvins, Boris, Mr Phylzzz

In the Fall of 2023 The Melvins and Boris (Japan) embarked upon the “Twins Of Evil” tour across the US. The initial plan was for Melvins to play their “Bullhead” record in it’s entirety while Boris would play their 2002 classic “Heavy Rocks” all the way through. This plan was altered and the tour was nearly derailed when Melvins drummer Dale Crover needed to undergo emergency spinal surgery right as the trip was about to begin. Melvins alumni Coady Willis stepped in (last minute) and the tour proceeded to pummel US cities from coast to coast. To top it all off, Chicago powerhouse Mr Phylzzz was billed as the opener.
