Product Description
It’s Spring. I basically like Spring. It’s still on the cool side, and it smells good. But if I’m being honest, I’m already thinking about Autumn. Autumn is my favorite. It’s the quality of light, and the colors, and that sense of things pulling back and slowing down. It’s hard to work in the Summer. It’s too light too late and Summer is somehow distracting. Plus I don’t like the heat. And maybe something I failed to mention here: Work is my favorite thing. I love painting. And if not painting, I love making something else, a film or music. For me, Not Working is the hard part; the compromise.
Anyhow, it’s Spring. Happy Spring. And until it gets here for real (unless you’re in the southern hemisphere, in which case lucky you), here’s my painting Autumn on a t-shirt. -Chris Mars
