Approximately 25 years ago, I had the incredible fortune of arriving early to a NoMeansNo show, only to discover that the band had also arrived early! To my sheer delight, they treated myself and the bartender to a full set as a warm-up for their upcoming performance. During this fortunate encounter, I had the pleasure of conversing with the talented John Wright, who proved to be incredibly kind and engaging. Although it is highly unlikely that he remembers any of this, the memory remains vivid in my mind.
Fast forward to a few months ago, when I stumbled upon John’s delightful new project, ‘Dead Bob’. After immersing myself in its captivating sounds, I felt compelled to reach out to him and offer my artistic services. Much to my delight, John was just as warm and engaging as he had been a quarter of a century ago! This marked the beginning of our collaboration. I am thrilled to present to you our first ‘Dead Bob’ shirt, exclusively created for Bifocal Media.
