It seems like yesterday when I bought my first D.R.I. record. As a kid, I had always seen their mascot and name inside of Thrasher, Poweredge, and a ton of other old skate mags. In fact, looking back at those old full page ads for SESSIONS really set my mind into gear for both art and music. When I first landed on D.R.I. territory, I was totally sold…the speed, the blazing riffs, and the great rhythm section kept me going back into these short songs. D.R.I. was always a band that was on the boom box when we skated!
