Dazzling Killmen

Very few bands in the early 1990’s evoked awe-inspiring agony and technical prowess like Chicago’s very own metal math merchants Dazzling Killmen. Their brand of jagged post musical nihilism was both a jarring reminder of the band’s skill as well as a unique blistering assault on the senses of anyone who was lucky enough to witness them live. Their recorded output has survived the test of time. Many would argue that their magnum opus, the untouchable “Face Of Collapse” still serves as a visceral soundtrack to this new age of universal unrest. This artwork was created while listening to that very album and serves to illustrate the band’s legacy of uncompromising assault as well as a calculated sense of power and direction. -Jay Holmes
