UNBROKEN

I can still remember the electric volt of pure excitement when I first heard the sounds of this band. Their approach to songwriting really struck me — and I hate to break it to ya…but the delicate art of song craft that was not something that many people were actively talking about in the hardcore scene in the 90’s. Unbroken just happened to be a band that somehow fused together a lot of heads from different camps with huge sprawling waves of passionate lustful songs that still darken the doorstep of my personal past and present. The design used here is from one of my old photographs from a good time. I’m buzzed to be presenting this design for Unbroken: a hugely influential band whose anthemic power still reigns. -Evil Jay, Tokyo
